Not eligible for a Bseisu award?

The Bseisu Foundation offers scholarships and funding opportunities across the UK, US, Middle East and Malaysia. We work with a variety of partners to deliver our funding opportunities, with the majority of our scholarships supporting Master’s students at UK universities who fit our eligibility criteria.

Nevertheless, the Bseisu Foundation is here to support you in your application, even if you are not eligible for one of our scholarships. Contact scholarships@bseisufoundation.org if you have any queries about the application process.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates must permanently reside in and hold Palestinian, Lebanese, Syrian or Jordanian nationality.

  • The Bseisu Foundation currently prioritises students on STEM-related programmes, although we do offer some scholarships for humanities subjects at select universities.

  • Candidates should be applying to study a Master’s programme at a partner university.

  • Candidates must be applying to a university or organisation that is partnered with the Bseisu Foundation.

  • Undergraduate scholarships in the UK for international students - Palestine, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon.

The majority of our scholarships support master’s students at UK universities to students who fit the following eligibility criteria (found above).

We do not accept individual applications for scholarships. Eligible applicants should instead apply to their university as normal, or directly to the chosen organisation and the Bseisu Foundation will liaise with the partnering body based on our existing scholarship programmes.

If you are looking to study an undergraduate degree and therefore are unable to apply for a Bseisu Award, some of the scholarships below may be of some help to you. Many universities provide scholarships or smaller bursaries/grants to international students. If you are interested in attending a specific university, make sure to look through the scholarship and funding pages on the university website as this list is not exhaustive.
