Ameen hails from the vibrant city of Jenin, Palestine. His academic journey began at Birzeit University, where he specialized in Civil Engineering. This intensive program sharpened his analytical skills and ignited his interest in tackling wider challenges, especially within the tech sector. This passion steered Ameen towards entrepreneurship, which for him is about leveraging technology to effect meaningful change.

Outside of the academic realm, Ameen has had the opportunity to contribute to the Global Shapers Community—a dynamic platform where they collaborate on projects promoting societal growth and transformation.

Ameen has been an active member of the Global Shapers Community for the past 11 months. Currently, he is leading a training session on crowdfunding as a source of funding for social projects, with over 30 trainees, and he is involved in various local community projects with the hub.

Ameen is currently pursuing his Master's in Entrepreneurship at UCL. The esteemed reputation of the university, coupled with its immersive teaching approach, made it a clear choice for his institution of study. He is confident that this program will arm him with the skills needed to realize his entrepreneurial ambitions.
