The Advisory Board supports the Bseisu Foundation by offering strategic perspective, guidance and challenge. The Board members meet with the Foundation team on a biannual basis to provide advice, helping to shape direction and strengthen impact.

  • Martin Griffiths has fifty years of professional experience with the United Nations and other global institutions. He served most recently as the leader of the global humanitarian system as well as the UN’s principal troubleshooter in conflicts and complex crises. Read more…

  • Jezerca Tigani is the Executive Director of the Bseisu Foundation, where she leads the Foundation’s work, partnerships and long-term direction. She joined the Foundation in October 2025 to help strengthen its structures and ways of working, while staying true to its values and purpose. Read more…

  • Meemo was an English language instructor before obtaining her PhD in Educational Technology and Language Learning from the University of Central Lancashire. In 2021, Meemo began working for Al Muntaha Tutoring, a non-profit that provides free online tutoring for underprivileged children across the Middle East. Read more…

  • Lily joined The Bseisu Foundation as Scholarships and Education Coordinator in January 2025. She also works at Caabu as Education Coordinator. Prior to this, Lily worked at the Britain Palestine Project, where she supported the administration of the 2024–25 Fellowship Programme, having completed her own Fellowship with the organisation the previous year.
