Who We Are

The Bseisu Foundation has a small but passionate team of employees, as well as a distinguished Advisory Board. The Board supports the Foundation team, meeting on a biannual basis to offer guidance, strategic perspective and challenge, helping to shape direction and strengthen impact.

Our Team

  • Jezerca Tigani is the Executive Director of the Bseisu Foundation, where she leads the Foundation’s work, partnerships and long-term direction. She joined the Foundation in October 2025 to help strengthen its structures and ways of working, while staying true to its values and purpose. Read more…

  • Lily joined The Bseisu Foundation as Scholarships and Education Coordinator in January 2026. She also works at Caabu as Education Coordinator. Prior to this, Lily worked at the Britain Palestine Project, where she supported the administration of the 2024–25 Fellowship Programme, having completed her own Fellowship with the organisation the previous year.
