Lily joined The Bseisu Foundation as Scholarships and Education Coordinator in January 2025. She also works at Caabu as Education Coordinator. Prior to this, Lily worked at the Britain Palestine Project, where she supported the administration of the 2024–25 Fellowship Programme, having completed her own Fellowship with the organisation the previous year. She also has experience working in schools and youth groups, including roles in SEN support.

Lily holds an undergraduate degree in Arabic from the University of Edinburgh and spent several months living in Egypt, studying at the University of Alexandria. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Law from SOAS, University of London, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law.
