Taqwa is an MSc Astrophysics student from Palestine. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the Arab American University. Driven by a lifelong fascination with the mysteries of the universe, she pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Glasgow, drawn by the School of Physics and Astronomy’s international reputation for excellence in observational and theoretical astrophysics.

Living in Glasgow has been an inspiring experience for Taqwa; the city’s welcoming atmosphere and vibrant academic environment continually motivate her personal and intellectual growth.

Following the completion of her Master’s degree, Taqwa aspires to build a career as a university lecturer and researcher, sharing her knowledge and experience with future generations of students. In the coming years, she plans to pursue a PhD in Astrophysics to further deepen her expertise and make meaningful contributions to scientific research.
